Design
Don’t be fooled into thinking architecture and design are the same thing. Think of architecture as the drawing of a house floorplan. The design component is the detailed drawings that cover the engineering principles and produce a set of building plans that a builder uses to build the house.
The same theory applies in IT, architecture is the high-level drawing that shows what is being used, why, and how they are interconnected. The design is the detailed low-level plan covering how the technology is to be configured to work within the environment. Design is critical to successful implementation, and we can proudly say that we’re very good at it.
Implement
Everything up until implementation is quite theoretical, implementation is where the ‘rubber hits the road’.
A great implementation is more than just turning something on or clicking a button. Integrating engineers and technologies with your existing ecosystem is how an implementation is done correctly.
To do that, you need experienced engineers that know how to translate a detailed design into outcomes with minimal interruptions or downtime whilst always working collaboratively with your team, processes, and stakeholders.
